Crystal is the strategic and cultural backbone of the organization. As Co-Owner, she oversees the financial direction of the company, leads internal operations, and helps build the systems that keep every department aligned and moving forward. Crystal brings clarity, structure, and intentional leadership to a fast-growing team. She is passionate about developing people. From hiring and onboarding to leadership training and team culture, Crystal ensures that the company remains grounded in its core values of integrity, accountability, and continuous growth. She works closely with department leaders through weekly Level 10 meetings, scorecard planning, and long-term vision structuring to ensure the company is not just growing bigger, but growing stronger. Crystal is known for her calm, thoughtful, and relational leadership style. She listens before she leads, gives people space to grow, and creates an environment where individuals feel supported and equipped to succeed. Her ability to balance care for people with disciplined business oversight has played a key role in the company’s expansion and stability.At the heart of Crystal’s leadership is a desire to build something lasting a company that grows people, strengthens families, and contributes positively to the community.
Co-Owner & Intergrator
Krista is the operational engine that keeps the company running with precision and consistency. As Co-Owner and Integrator, she oversees the systems, technology, and internal workflows that allow each department to function smoothly and efficiently. From software implementation to billing structure to communication flow, Krista connects the moving parts of the company into one unified, well-coordinated system.Krista has a strong ability to take complexity and make it simple. She identifies what isn’t working, restructures processes, and ensures that the right tools and systems are in place to support the team. Her commitment to clarity and organization has strengthened every layer of operations from field production to office administration to customer communication. She is known for being dependable, thoughtful, and solutions-focused. Krista works behind the scenes to make sure the team is supported, empowered, and able to work efficiently. She helps ensure the business doesn’t just grow it grows sustainably. As the company continues to expand, Krista’s leadership ensures the infrastructure grows with it. She is the steady hand that keeps the organization aligned, connected, and moving forward together.
Assistant Production Manager
Sabastian’s journey with our company is a story of growth, leadership, and earned respect. He began as a lawn fertilization technician, moved into leading our mowing division, and now serves as our Production Manager. In this role, Sabastian schedules crews, oversees project planning, and ensures that every job is executed with excellence and efficiency. A current member of the military, Sabastian brings discipline, reliability, and structure to everything he does. He carries himself with dignity and leads with the same sense of honor whether on the job site or in service to his country. His leadership style is rooted in listening first. He takes time to understand his team, gather input, and implement better systems and processes that help everyone succeed.Sabastian is known for his positive attitude, calm presence, and ability to solve problems even when the path forward isn’t clear. He cares deeply about the quality of the work, about the people doing it, and about the customers we serve. His commitment shows in the details. Every team needs someone steady, composed, and driven by purpose. For us, that’s Sabastian.
Office Manager
Arlene Wedler serves as the Office Manager, bringing extensive experience in customer service, account management, and business operations. With a background that includes studies in business administration and accounting, she is also certified as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Throughout her career, Arlene has developed expertise in customer care, order and account management, accounts receivable and payable processes, transportation management, and other key administrative functions that help businesses operate efficiently.
Although the landscaping industry is new to her, Arlene has a long-standing appreciation for plants and growing things, having worked for a greenhouse during her teenage years. She looks forward to building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service to ensure every client has a positive experience. Outside of work, Arlene is a small business owner who enjoys creative projects, gardening, caring for her chickens and ducks, exploring new homesteading techniques, and spending quality time with her family and grandchildren.

Account Manager
Sarah Gibbs (Wolf) serves as an Account Manager, bringing a diverse background in account management, customer service, marketing, and business development. She earned her undergraduate degree in K-12 Education from Western Governors University and has built a career centered around creating positive client experiences and fostering strong relationships. Throughout her professional journey, Sarah has successfully coordinated projects, resolved customer concerns, secured new business opportunities, and collaborated with a wide range of clients and stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.
With five years of experience in property maintenance and management and more than a decade in customer service and client success, Sarah is passionate about helping clients enhance and transform their outdoor spaces. She especially enjoys seeing the dramatic before-and-after results that landscaping projects can achieve. Dedicated to providing exceptional service, she looks forward to helping customers bring their vision to life while building lasting relationships along the way. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys traveling, exploring new destinations, spending time outdoors, baking cookies, attending sporting events, and creating lasting memories with family and friends.
